Dear Edgewater Family,


Along with everyone else right now, we are updating our protocols daily, sometimes hourly. We will try to keep you abreast as best we can, as much as we can.


Effective Immediately-


In order to keep our office space as safe as possible for the patients that MUST still come in for their visits due to their specific illness, we are implementing these procedures immediately:


Only Necessary staff will be in the office until further notice.

-Dr. Lee Aberle, Senior Doctor

-Jeff Friesen, Business Manager

-Other medical staff, as needed

Admin Staff is now working remotely. Continue to contact us through our main phone line @ 320 253-4112 and email. Patients may use the message tab in their patient portal located at www.power2patient.net to send confidential messages to any staff.

  1. For refills of prescibed supplements please email refills@edgewatermed.com, (Please be kind as there may be a delay.)

  2. For all other inquiries please email info@edgewatermed.com


Most ppointments will be by phone for the duration of this emergency with the following exceptions.

  1. Microcurrent as appoved by the doctor.

  2. ART appointments.


In-person appointments will be scheduled so that patient to patient contact doesn't occur. We are making this decision because some of our patients critically need our care for pain management and other kinds of critical care. These are being handled on a case by case basis. If you have concerns or need help, please reach out. Masks are available upon request and all patients will be required to practice good hygiene upon arrival and leaving at our hand washing station. Your safety is our priority.


We are still taking new patients by those patients will have their first appointment via telemedicine with the understanding that at the end of the current emergency they will be required to be seen in person for the gathering of complete objective data.

ALL completed and paid supplement orders, as of 3.31, have been shipped out- even if originally scheduled for pick up. Keep an eye on your mailbox! Due to supply chain supply issues, some of you will recieve partial shipments. Once the rest of your order is in stock, it will be shipped out at no extra cost. We appreciate your understanding in these trying times.


Any future orders please call or email refills@edgewatermed.com to order, instead of coming into the office. DIRECT SHIPPING IS NOW now 50% off for the duration of this emergency. This is below our cost.

ANY STAFF AND PATIENTS COMING INTO THE OFFICE- please use good hygiene habits

- Wash hands AFTER you have entered (lab room to your left is for your use)

- Practice social distancing, staying 6' apart.

- Do not shake hands/hug/touch
